CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Hi friend! I am so happy to have you as a client and start our journey together. I strive to create long-term relationships with my clients where I know you so well I can interpret your needs and offer changes when you need them. Please read over my Cancellation Policy below so you know how/when to cancel if the need arises in the future. I understand that your time is equally as valuable as mine. Know that I will also follow the policy below if I need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions, you can contact me at (479) 228-1391. 01. CANCELLATIONS If anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice so I have time to fill your space. All clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows. 02. RESCHEDULING To reschedule your appointment, please email/text/call (choose one) 479 228 1391. If you are outside of the cancellation period, no fees will be charged. 03. RUNNING LATE Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. However, do understand that things happen and give a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes then we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as the original service scheduled. If you feel like you are going to be late to your appointment, please call/email/text me at (479) 228-1391. A NOTE FROM ME, Our time together is an opportunity for you to let loose, find yourself again and push away all the stress, anxiety and outside world worries. Together, we create our own world filled with great books, favorite series chats and being unapologetically us. If this sounds like the experience you are wanting, I invite you into my space.
